A striking and dynamic addition to the Melbourne Polytechnic Preston campus infrastructure, the new Teaching and Learning Centre was commissioned to be community minded, accessible and environmentally sound, while providing a high-quality environment for staff, teachers and students.

Commissioned to improve campus amenities, promote wellbeing, student engagement and encourage efficient work practices. The single volume form is articulated by a combination of glazing, aluminium and colorbond along the facade, creating a prominent street frontage that will enhance the public exposure and profile of the Institute.
